The workshop includes hands-on exercises, starting with the documentation required for cost control, estimation sheets, cost control templates for both direct and indirect costs, and the organization of cost control folders. Further, participants will explore financial reporting tools such as work performed invoices (internal and client), actual cost tracking (inventory sheets), subcontractor invoices, daily wages, petty cash, and balance sheets.
